Bilingual corporate attorney licensed in Mexico, with more than 17+ years of experience, providing legal assistance to all kind of Mexican and foreign companies, individuals and institutions, transacting business in Mexico and with 5+ years of experience on the governmental sector as Legal Director of the Ministry of Labor and Employment for the Stater of Chihuahua. Mr. Salayandia has coordinated, negotiated and closed major multimillion dollar international transactions and operations. Mr. Salayandia graduated on 2001 from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Chihuahua (Tec de Monterrey). Master in Corporate Law 2010, Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez (Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez) in a joint program with UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico). American Law legal assistant studies (Paralegal) by the University of Texas at El Paso. Founder member of the Mazpulez-Perez Phi-Delta-Phi Chihuahua chapter and was the Chairman of the Tec de Monterrey Law School. Has been a Professor of Private Law at Tec de Monterrey Campus Chihuahua.
