Professional Experience
Licensed in the practice of Law by the University of Veracruz, he has been a Public Servant of the Veracruz State Government, and the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board in Mexico City; Partner in various Law Firms both national and international, and currently Counsellor in RHT Legal Consulting; he has offered diverse seminars regarding Labor Law, in different forums throughout the Mexican Republic; he currently participates in the Labor Committee for the Exportation Industry A.C. (INDEX) of Juarez Mexico; he has been a member of the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic Labor Committee in Juarez, Mexico (COPARMEX); member of the Mexican Academy for Labor and Welfare Rights, member of the State Association for Labor Lawyers of Chihuahua, A.C. and member of the National Association of Company Lawyers (ANADE).
